Return & Warranty Policy

Return Policy (14-Day Period)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will be collected by our own delivery company. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Product Warranty (30-Day Period)

All our products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If you discover any defect in the product during this period, please contact us immediately.

Upon inspection of the product and confirmation of a manufacturing defect, compensation will be provided through one of the following methods:

Repairing the product and returning it to you.

Replacing the product with a new one of the same type.

Exchanging the product for another item of equal value, if the original product is unavailable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or gift cards.

Exchanges

An exchange is a quick process that allows you to receive a new item and hand over the old one to the delivery agent at the same time. In this case, you will be required to pay the full shipping fees again.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 days from the date the returned item is received and inspected by us. You can choose your preferred refund method:

Cash refund with the delivery agent upon returning the item.

Bank transfer after the item arrives at our warehouse and has been inspected.
